Cascabel is run by me, James Cannon.  I have over 25 years’ experience in solving property issues for all types of clients in their property portfolios. Cascabel has focussed on providing advice to high net worth and uber high net worth families. 

I gained my commercial property experience with Jones Lang LaSalle, Nelson Bakewell and Savills, before setting up Cascabel in 2000.  Prior to that, I spent 20 years in the Army with The Royal Regiment of Artillery.  My army background has taught me tenacity and endurance – and never to be phased by a problem.

I will closely analyse the property issues you are facing, work out the various options, look for best opportunities, and come up with a solution that answers your needs.

I handle substantial portfolios worth many millions on behalf of the family offices I work for, so it goes without saying that I’m highly trusted, ultra discreet, and very experienced.
